Physical properties: White monoclinic crystal powder; odorless and colorless; it is soluble in Acetic Acid; slightly soluble in water but insoluble in Ethanol; its relative density is 2.32; stable in air; it will lose crystal water when heated to 75ºC and then convert to Dicalcium Phosphate Anhydrous.
6.Usage:
It is widely used in food productions: Leavening Agent, Dough Conditioner, Nutrient, Dietary Supplement, Yeast Food.
It is a source of calcium, both in human food and animal feed. Other applications are in oral pharmaceutical products and dental products.
