Characters:Sodium Propionate is the salt form of propionic acid, which is an organic acid. It is toxic to mold and species of bacteria, it usually is used as food preservative in food products. It ocurrs white powder, soluble in water, slightly soluble in alcohol.

Usage:
1) antifungal agent
2)antiseptic agent (topical)
3) disinfectant
4)food additive

Storage: Store in a cool, dry area and not in direct sunlight. The preferred storage temperature should not exceed 0ºC-40ºC.
