5.Character: It is colorless transparent flake like foliated glass or float sand crystalline powder, with good hygroscopicity.
6.Usage:
used as an acidity regulator, texturizer, sequestrant, thickener, and emulsifier in food and commonly can be found in meat & dairy products, and seafood. It is also used in toothpaste and water treatment by chelating metal ions
It is also used as emulsifier in canned meat and as water softener.
7.Packing: It is packed with polythene bag as theinner layer, and a compound plastic woven bag as the outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.
