Sodium Diacetate

Sodium Diacetate(Anhydrous) is a kind of white crystalline powder with characteristic odor. Moisture is NMT 8.0%. CAS#126-96-5. 

Usage:

Sodium Diacetate has an great function on inhibiting molds and rope-forming bacteria. So usually it is as food preservative in bread and meat products. It is also used as sequestrant, acidulant, pH regulator, and flavoring agent in human or animal foods without significant adverse effects.
