7. Character: It is white or yellow crystalline powder or small crystal, with a strong smell of sulfuric acid, soluble in water. The aqueous solution is acidic. When it contacts with strong acid, it releases sulfuric acid and generates the corresponding salts. Keeping in air, it oxidizes to Na2S2O6, so the product cannot be stored for a long time. It is higher than 150 degrees Celsius, that is to decompose sulfuric acid.

8. Usages: It is used as preservative, bleaching agent, and swelling agent in food processing.

1.Bleach agent (e.g. candies, cake, bamboo shoots, etc);
2.Loose agent (e.g. bread, cracker etc);
3.Antiseptic and germicide (e.g. fruit juice, tinned food, brews, the cereals food is defended storage etc);
