7. Character:  It is white crystalline powder, easily soluble in water, but insoluble in ethanol.
8. Usages:  In food industry, it is used as agent for baking to avoid oxidation stain and as emulsifier in dairy product to prevent egg white from solidification. It is also used as emulsifier and chelating agent for solid drinks.
9. Storage & Transportation:  It should be stored in a ventilated, dry warehouse. Do not pile up in the open air, pay attention to moisture proof. Do not store and mix with toxic and harmful substances. Protect against rain and sun in the course of transpor-tation. When loading and unloading, take it lightly and put it lightly to prevent the package from breaking and getting wet. In case of fire, water, sand and all kinds of fire extinguishers can be used to fight the fire.
