Sodium Hexametahydrate

Characters:Sodium Hexametaphosphate is a colorless transparent glass-like solid or white powder with greater solubility but low dissolving rate in water. It is also known as "Polyvinylidene Sodium", "Sodium Multiple Metaphosphate" and "Graham Salt". It can easily be hydrolyzed to orthophosphate in warm water, acid or alkali solution. Solution has a pH of 7.0.

Usage:
1) food quality improver
2)pH adjusting agent
3) emulsifiers
4) stabilizer 
5)chelating agent

Storage: Store in a cool, dry area and not in direct sunlight. The preferred storage temperature should not exceed 0ºC-40ºC.
