Sodium Benzoate

Characters:Sodium Benozate is White granule or crystalline powder. Odorless or slightly benzoin smell. Stable in air. Soluble in water (53.0g/100ml, 25ºC). Soluble in ethanol (1.4g/100ml). The pH of the aqueous solution is 8.

Usage:
1) antifungal agent
2)antiseptic agent (topical)
3) disinfectant
4)food additive

Storage: Store in a cool, dry area and not in direct sunlight. The preferred storage temperature should not exceed 0ºC-40ºC.

Shelf Life: 24 Months.
