Monoodium phosphate dihydrate

Characters: It is colorless crystal. It is easily soluble in water but insoluble in ethahol. If heated below 100ºC, it can dissolve in crystal water and convert to monohydrate salt. 

Usage:
1) buffering,
2) improving agent
3) emulsifier
4) nutrition supplement
5) antioxidant additive

Storage: Store in a cool, dry area and not in direct sunlight. The preferred storage temperature should not exceed 0ºC-40ºC.
