Characters: Sodium Acetate(Anhydrous) is the sodium salt of acetic acid with a wide range of uses. It appears as a colorless crystalline powder. It soluble in water, moderately soluble in ethanol

Usage:
1)preservative
2) combinating with other acids
3)pH modifier

Storage: Store in a cool, dry area and not in direct sunlight. The preferred storage temperature should not exceed 0ºC-40ºC.
